A Warm Welcome to Rotten Hill
Arts and Meditation
Rotten Hill is a quiet natural oasis situated on the Eastern edge of the village of English Harbour with views over both historic Nelson's Dockyard and Falmouth Harbour. The home of architect Andrew Goodenough and his wife artist Dina Brozzi, recent expansion has created a welcoming environment that provides a peaceful escape in a naturally beautiful setting.
Inspired by their passion for the arts and education, nature and animals, good food and healthy living, all sprinkled with a touch of mindfulness, join them for daily
activities like meditation, retreats, yoga, art exhibitions, rare palm garden and animal sanctuary visits, mindfulness school field trips, movie nights and more. Original paintings, prints, cards and inspiring books are for sale. You can also enjoy a wholesome home cooked vegan meal at the Cat’s Meow Café. Four retreat cottages are available to rent for individual meditation retreats, healing, renewal, study and creativity.
"Arriving at Rotten Hill is like being enveloped in all things good; busy nature, creative life, generosity and a sense of infinite calm, punctuated by the boisterous adoration of the resident four - and two legged furred and feathered characters at the heart of the sanctuary. Dina and Andrew have spent a lifetime creating this masterpiece. Every space imagined with thought, care and love. I am so glad I found Rotten Hill. I feel enriched by everyone there - but I won't spoil it for you. Visit this little piece of heaven nestled above English Harbour and discover its magic for yourself."
